FALL RIVER — The Durfee boys basketball crew opened the 2022-23 season in spectacular trend.
The Hilltoppers kick off the winter season for Larger Fall River groups on Thursday, beating non-league opponent East Boston, 68-56, earlier than a big crowd at B.M.C. Durfee Excessive Faculty within the season opener for each groups.
